We currently provide personalized elder care services at Salem Lutheran Home and Mercy Retirement & Care Center in Oakland, California, AlmaVia of Camarillo and AlmaVia of San Francisco. In addition, we have begun construction on AlmaVia of Union City and AlmaVia of San Rafael at Faith Center. We have several other communities under development. AlmaVia of Camarillo is located adjacent to St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital. AlmaVia provides much needed assisted living and dementia care services to 90 older adults.

| AlmaVia of San Francisco is located adjacent to St. Thomas More Church and close to St. Mary's Hospital, medical offices, and Stonestown shopping area in the southwest portion of San Francisco. The programs are based on Elder Care Alliance's mission and faith-centered philosophy of care & services. AlmaVia of San Francisco offers assisted living and dementia care to 135 residents, including retired diocesan clergy. The community offers a variety of spacious one bedroom and studio apartments in a campus-like setting that includes unique gardens, dining rooms, a library, and community rooms. |
Elder Care Alliance is proud to announce that we have begun construction on AlmaVia of Union City, a collaborative effort between the city of Union City and Elder Care Alliance. Located on Alvarado-Niles Road, AlmaVia of Union City will be part of the city’s senior village, which includes two senior housing complexes developed and managed by Eden Housing and the Ruggieri Senior Center. AlmaVia will serve up to 96 residents in need of assisted living or dementia care services. In addition to alcoves, one-bedroom apartments, and suites, AlmaVia will have spacious outdoor gardens; activity and exercise spaces; a library and dining rooms. Elder Care Alliance will be able to offer a variety of apartments at below market rates because of the generous support of Union City. |

Working in close collaboration with the Sierra Pacific Synod and Faith Lutheran Church, Elder Care Alliance is designing an assisted living community to care for 145 older adults in San Rafael. This community will offer residents one bedroom or studio apartments, outdoor gardens, multiple activity areas and dining rooms, and a residential library. The community is located in a residential neighborhood close to the Terra Linda shopping mall. |
