The Elder Care Alliance management staff has extensive experience in providing services for older adults, through developing and operating retirement, assisted living and skilled nursing programs & communities.

Susan Edwards, Vice President of Operations and Marketing, has over 25 years experience in assisted living, residential and long-term care services. Prior to joining Elder Care Alliance, she worked for TransAmerica Senior Living and Kisco Senior Living where she oversaw the start-up of two successful programs in San Rafael and San Francisco. She has a passion for creating programs that support wellness and healthy aging.

Pat Copass, Director of Marketing, has over 20 years experience working in senior housing and senior services. She has been instrumental in developing community outreach and educational programs throughout California and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Prior to joining Elder Care Alliance she was the Regional Marketing Director for TransAmerica Senior Living and operated her own marketing consulting firm.

Ted Goad, Vice President of Human Resources, has extensive experience in health care human resources management. Prior to joining Elder Care Alliance, he was Director of Human Resources for Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Oakland. He has been active in human resources professional organizations and has served as State President for the Healthcare Human Resources Management Association of California.

Carl Arnoult, Vice President of Information Technology Services, has over thirty years experience in the field of technology management including fifteen years with American Telephone and Telegraph Corp. As an independent consultant he worked extensively with healthcare organizations in the Greater Bay Area. These include Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, Children's Hospital Oakland, Highland Hospital, and Mt. Diablo Medical Center where he served as interim CIO managing the Medical Center's merger with John Muir Medical Center.
